Do you ship outside Spain?

Yes. We regularly work in Portugal, France, Italy and northern Europe. For shipments outside the EU we ask for project information before quoting.

How long does a custom cabinet take?

Between 4 and 10 weeks depending on series and driver availability. For Compact and Medium-throw series we usually have 4-week slots.

Can I visit the workshop?

Yes, by appointment. We book one-hour visits in the chamber and showroom where you can listen to and measure any catalog cabinet.

Do you offer after-sales support?

One-year full warranty and unlimited email support. Replacement parts and repairs are handled directly from the workshop.

Do you do permanent installations?

Yes. We design systems for clubs, theatres and cultural venues. Includes acoustic project, supply, install and final tuning.
